For three days, the Ukrainians have done something incredible. Having united, our people collected 600 million hryvnias for “Bayraktary”! Fundraising for “birds” for the Armed Forces of Ukraine was announced by Serhiy Prytula on his birthday, June 22.

The fact that the Ukrainians donated 100 million hryvnia more than necessary moved Prytula very much. Recording the video of gratitude, the presenter did not hold back the tears. He posted the corresponding video on Facebook.

This is the fourth attempt to record a video for you. The first three were unsuccessful because I cried a little. Because, frankly, to endure everything that you have been doing for the last couple of days… Those children who sold cherries, strawberries and donated to Bayraktary… It was something incredible,” Prytula said.

According to Pritula, “People’s Bayraktar” has fulfilled its mission. According to him, this project is about Ukrainian toughness, dignity, and the eradication of inferiority.

The TV presenter noted that we showed everyone – nothing is impossible for Ukrainians. According to him, together we can turn the world upside down and rewrite history.

The last three days it was a unity of people who donated two hryvnias, celebrities who spread information about us and helped raise funds, the media that united with us to inform people about the importance of the project. It was a project around which both the authorities and the army united. We are very happy that we can help our army – Prytula emphasized.

As Sergei Prytula noted, the funds were raised because we were all united and only “unity will save us as a nation, as a people and as a state.”

When I watched the girls write: “the best shopping is Bayraktar” … just again, tears in my eyes appear from how we all united around something important in a friendly way and did it. Four “Bayraktar” in three days is our result with you and everyone who joined this, thank you all, – the presenter was touched.

In addition, Prytula has already intrigued the new project, which will be “very disastrous for the bastards who do not understand what kind of people they are dealing with.”

Prytula’s star colleagues and ordinary Ukrainians also expressed admiration for what we had done in a few days:

  • Glory to the Ukrainians!
  • Rusnya, fuck you.
  • They will say for the core, we will collect this.
  • These bastards still don’t know who they went to fight against. Our guys will squash them so that their asses will burn. Glory to Ukraine!

Collection history

On June 22, Sergei Prytula’s charitable foundation and blogger Igor Lachenkov, known as Lachen, announced that they were starting to raise funds for three Bayraktar drones at once. To do this, it was necessary to collect 15 million dollars, or 500 million hryvnias. Ordinary Ukrainians and business actively joined the collection. Got it done in just three days.

On June 23, a full-length video project was premiered on the Ukrainian platform OLL.TV “People’s Bayraktor” . The service edited and published a two-hour tape about the destruction of enemy equipment by the fire of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, filmed by drones. The main goal of the project is to support the fundraising for drones for the Ukrainian army, conducted by the Serhiy Prytula Charitable Foundation.

Recall that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine, more than 3 million people have received assistance thanks to the largest private humanitarian initiative that unites the efforts of the Rinat Akhmetov Foundation, SCM businesses and the Shakhtar football club. More than 1.2 million of them were covered by the Fund, the rest by SCM businesses.

Earlier, Sergiy Prytula and Parimatch Ukraine collected UAH 6.8 million for the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the broadcast on Footballhub.
