Give the answer to the most important question of the exercise: How can I act today to realize what I want within 12 months?

Step 3

Take a piece of paper and divide it into 4 columns by doing the following:

  1. In the first column, describe how you envision your future.
  2. In the second column, write about the steps to achieve your goals.
  3. In the third column, indicate the possible difficulties on the way to what you want.
  4. In the fourth column, note how you will overcome difficulties and who can help.
