Alexander Serov’s condition in intensive care was assessed as serious – media

Information about the hospitalization of 67-year-old Alexander Serov appeared on October 9. The artist was reported to have breathed with an oxygen mask. Almost 75% of his lungs are affected.

According to the Telegram channel Mash, the state of the famous artist is grave, lungs are affected by 50-75% (grade CT-3). Also, Alexander Nikolaevich developed respiratory failure II degree – minimal activity causes shortness of breath.

The course of Serov’s disease complicated by diabetes, which at this stage has passed into a state of decompensation – against the background of hormonal therapy. There is a risk of developing cardiovascular complications.

Now Alexander Serov is treated with antibiotics and hormones, breathes through an oxygen mask. It is also reported that the artist is lucid.

Alexander Serov was born in the Ukrainian village of Kovalevka, Nikolaev region, and lives in the Russian Federation. The singer and composer is considered one of the most famous and popular performers of the 80s and 90s. His greatest hits are “I love you to tears”, “Starfall”, “You love me”, “How to be” and “Madonna”.

Last year it became known that Alexander Serov intends to give a concert in Ukraine. Then the people’s deputies turned to the SBU with a demand to ban the singer from performing in our country, since he supports the occupation of Crimea and the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
