(ANSA) – NEW YORK, NOVEMBER 05 – A member of the Indiana Jones 5 crew was found dead in Morocco, where the shooting of the new film of the saga starring Harrison Ford is underway.
This is Nic Cupac, 54, a veteran camera technician who had also worked on ‘Jurassic Park’ and ‘Harry Potter’. Tupac was in his hotel room in Fes and allegedly died of natural causes.
The production of the fifth installment of the Indiana Jones saga has had an uphill path from the beginning, between the Covid that slowed production, the Harrison Ford accident that hurt his shoulder and Morocco’s decision to prohibit flights from the UK.
The dramatic episode comes just days after the tragedy on the set of ‘Rust’, New Mexico, where director of photography Alyna Hutchins died from an accidentally shot from actor Alec Baldwin’s gun. (HANDLE).
