(ANSA) – NEW YORK, NOV 26 – Instagram censors Madonna for a photo in which a nipple is seen and the pop star rises up accusing social media of sexism. And as a retaliation republish the photo by covering part of the breast with a heart-shaped emoji.
The removed photo depicted her lying on a bed in fishnets and lingerie, however it also shows a nipple and according to Instagram it is against the rules on nudity. “I republish this photo that Instagram has removed without warning me” – writes Madonna.
He goes on to say that you live in a culture where every part of the female body is exposed except for the nipple.
“As if it were – he explains – the only part of the female anatomy that can be sexualized. The nipple nourishes the baby!” It also says that there are different rules for men who can show their nipples instead. “Aren’t they erotic?” – he comments. (HANDLE).
