(ANSA) – TARANTO, 29 NOV – A virtual cinema hall created to host the 15 competing films, three workshops on production, acting and direction and a review dedicated to the master Alexsandr Sukorov, with an in-depth analysis of the leitmotif of the entire event, the utopia. The Taranto Film Festival kicks off on Wednesday 1 December, recovering the 2020 edition blocked by the restrictions of the pandemic and returning in a totally digital and free version on www.mostracinemataranto.com and www.levantefilmfest.com. The review, scheduled until 5 December, is organized by the Apulia Film Commission and the Puglia Region. To evaluate the films in competition, which compete for cash prizes, a jury of experts composed of Corrado Azzollini, journalist and producer, the actors Azzurra Martino and Ignazio Oliva, the set designer Gaetano Russo and the director Habib Mestiri. Even the public, through the reference site, will be able to vote for their favorite film.
