(ANSA) – ROME, NOV 29 – For the cover, Il Morandini 2022 has chosen the film by Nanni Moretti, Three floors. The director’s latest work is rewarded with the first page of the new edition of the Dictionary of films and television series, published by Zanichelli (27,000 films – 16,000 on paper, 27,000 in the digital version -1400 TV series, 950 short films) . Which is traditionally assigned to the most representative Italian film of the film season, according to the authors. Four stars were awarded by the critic.
The cinema has remained the protagonist of home video, through streaming platforms, free and paid channels, but few films have seen the theaters, which have been closed for months.

Then the tributes to great artists such as Paolo Conte – Come away with me by Giorgio Verdelli and Per Lucio by Pietro Marcello (3.5 stars to both).
And among the 4-star winners, two American animated feature films, produced by Pixar: Luca by Enrico Casarosa and Soul by Pete Docter: with this film the director repeats the success of Inside Out, also 4 stars. As many also: Chloé Zhao’s award-winning Nomadland; to La Terra dei Sigli by Claudio Cupellini to The Father – Nothing is as it seems by Florian Zeller with Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins and Judas and the Black Messiah by Shaka King.
On the other hand, Old, the latest work by M. Night Shyamalan, the director of Il Sesto Sense, disappoints. Not even Salvatores convinces, his Comedians collects only 2 stars. (HANDLE).
