According to the TV presenter, one of the important components of emotional comfort in professional activity is close-knit team… Some of them during their work have become for Elena more than just colleagues, but close friends. With great pleasure they spend not only filming and meetings, but also off-hours: traveling, relaxing or shopping together… And most importantly, they always know that they can rely on each other and count on friendly support.

If something does not work out in the work, then this is a new challenge and new experience. I do not allow myself to give up, but on the contrary, in difficult times I concentrate and find solutions. And the most important thing is that I am not alone. There is a large team behind me, always ready to lend a helping hand and support in an emotionally difficult period, – said Elena Kot.

The presenter noted that when doing what you love, you never have to fight burnout. And in order to keep herself in the resource, Elena just needs to get enough sleep, sometimes she needs to switch and do any physical activity, for example, cleaning the house or fitness.

The greatest pleasure and enjoyment I get when driving a car. If I feel that I need to be distracted and relaxed, I get behind the wheel and go after my friends, – Elena Kot shared.
