Archeology, exhibitions in the Park of Naxos Taormina

(ANSA) – TAORMINA, 21 DEC – From archeology to contemporary art, the Christmas of the Naxos Taormina Archaeological Park is rich in cultural proposals, which has extended until 9 January the possibility of visiting the exhibitions in progress in Taormina (Ancient Theater ), in the archaeological area of ​​Naxos and Isola Bella.

Until 9 January in Taormina (Messina) the visit to the monumental complex of the Ancient Theater includes the sculptures of Pietro Consagra. Still sculptures with the forty works of Umberto Mastroianni distributed between Naxos and Isola Bella. Finally, again until January 9 in Taormina (Palazzo Ciampoli), ‘The Hundred Sicilies’, an exhibition-homage to the memory of Gesualdo Bufalino.

The exhibition will end with the presentation of the catalog on Saturday 8 January in the presence of the art critic Ivan Quaroni.
