MiTo international prestige festival, now fixed contribution

(ANSA) – TURIN, 23 DEC – On the proposal of the Minister for Culture Dario Franceschini, the MiTo Settembre Musica Festival is recognized by the Parliament as a festival of absolute international prestige. Thanks to this recognition, starting from the 2022 edition, the festival that unites Turin and Milan in the name of classical music will be supported by the state budget with a fixed contribution of one million euros, in addition to the Fus.

“The Festival is strengthened and confirms the extraordinary synergy of the two cities in the cultural and musical field – underlines the Councilor for Culture of Turin, Rosanna Purchia -.
