The film is written and directed by Gabriele Lavia and stars Gabriele Lavia, Michele De Maria and Rosa Palasciano.
The story is set in a train station. Huge, unreal. – Gabriele Lavia explains – In a gigantic, dirty and deserted “waiting room”. Just two tiny men.
One full of life, of commitments: his wife, children, work, dreams, hopes, fears, anxieties. The other, now condemned to death by an incurable disease, listens with morbid curiosity to the story of the small life of the “little” man in order to grasp his absolute absence of meaning, the stupidity of his illusions, the insulting nature of his occupations and useless commitments of life >>.
