An authoritative American publication has compiled a list of the twenty most delicious first courses in the world, which includes our favorite borscht. The site writes that the Ukrainian national dish is loved far beyond the borders of our country, and it is especially popular in Eastern Europe.
Moreover, Ukrainian borscht not only took one of the ranking steps, but was awarded an honorable third place!
