It is possible to have a portable model at home with small patches that attach to the desired area. It is also possible to go to specialized centres. On the other hand, “you have to practice electrostimulation in addition to sport. These are not results that will be obtained naturally like that without doing anything next to it”, underlines Akim Ben Mzakar at the microphone of Europe 1. A recovery technique

Electrostimulation was not reserved, at the base, simply to muscle the body, it is also a technique of recovery. “It improves and strengthens the joints.
