A displacement radius of 10 km
“From 5 am to 6 pm, travel is limited to a radius of 10 km around his home from Monday to Saturday” and this radius is “lowered to 5 km on Sunday,” said Jacques Billant, stressing that the inhabitants of Reunion will be able to only “come and go, within a radius of 10 km, in stores” where the mask must be worn continuously.

On Sunday, the radius is “lowered to 5 km” so as “to limit family and friendly reunions if generating contamination”, said the prefect. To move within these 5 km or 10 km radius, “you will need to bring proof of address and identity document”. Beyond that, it will take “a certificate of compelling reason,” he said.
“During the next 15 days, only establishments open to the public in which the mask cannot be worn continuously will be closed”, added Jacques Billant, citing restaurants, bars, sports halls, places covered with sporting activity, “until the application of the next law on the health pass”.
