Vivo: Telefônica Brasil assesses issuing up to R$3.5 billion in debentures

THE Telefonica Brazil (VIVT4) informed this Friday that it evaluates issuance of up to 3.5 billion reais in debentureswith limited efforts.

The company informed in the material fact that so far it has not hired any institution to coordinate the offer.

“If carried out under the conditions currently analyzed, the potential operation may allow the optimization of the company’s debt profile, in line with its planning”, said Telefônica Brasil.
