Dollar closes up 0.07%, at R$5.325 on sale

O dollar closed slightly higher against real this Monday, in a session without major catalysts and with reduced volumes due to the holiday in United Stateswhile the news involving the Aid PEC kept hanging around the markets locations.

The spot US currency had a positive variation of 0.07%, at 5.3250 reais on sale, the highest level for closing since January 28 (5.3915), after oscillating between 5.3365 reais at the highest level day (+0.28%) and 5.2880 reais at the lowest price (-0.63%).

On B3, at 17:06 (GMT), the first-maturity dollar futures contract was down 0.14% to 5.3650 reais.
