After delivering the best sales quarter in its history in 2Q22, Directional (DIRR3) remains a good option for investors.
Recommended January 2021 in the series Empiricus portfoliothe construction company aimed at low and middle income has already increased in value by more than 15% since then.
To get an idea of Direcional’s recent good performance, the stock rose, just in 2022, 23% until the market close on Tuesday (27).
The number is more than three times higher than the 7% yield in the year of the main Brazilian stock exchange index, the Ibovespa.

“In our view, the remarkable appreciation of the company’s shares is the result of strong sales growth added to a diligent cost management, even in the face of the most difficult scenario for civil construction”, explained Empiricus analysts in a recent report.
