The government Biden can give more details about a possible new rule for exporting chips from artificial intelligence high performance for China “relatively soon,” a White House official said Friday.

But he did not say what form that regulation might take.
“I think we’ll be in a position to say more about that soon,” Chabbra said.
In his comments on Friday, Chabbra said the restrictions only affect the most advanced chips and are “structured as a combination of computing power but also interconnect speed.”
