After three years of management, the current CEO gives braskem 🇧🇷BRKM5🇧🇷 Roberto Simõeswill step down from January 1, 2023.
In a document sent to the market this Monday (28), the company said that Novonor (formerly Odebrecht), the controlling shareholder of the petrochemical company, indicated Roberto Bischoff to replace the executive.
The appointment will be formally submitted for approval by Braskem’s Board of Directors.
Graduated in mechanical engineering, Bischoff knows the petrochemical sector and has worked at Braskem from 1979 to 2019, in several action programs. He is currently the CEO of Ocyan, a company in the oil & gas sector controlled by Novonor.
