Total recoverable sugars reached 140 kilograms per ton of cane in the harvest, exactly what was previously estimated by the company.
According to São Martinho, 1.206 million tons of sugar were produced in 2022/23, 902 million liters of ethanol, with a production mix of 45% for the sweetener and 55% for the biofuel.
The numbers were in line with the company’s estimates.
