Invest in educating communities more about Web3

“This collective work tries to consolidate great thinking minds of the crypto world. These minds, to get to where they are, were also benefited by an entire infrastructure of people and teachers of the educational system. Nothing fairer than that we increase the possibility of people who would not have access to this content so that they are also able to participate in this job market where the demand is very high for qualified labor”, highlights Daniel de Paiva, one of the book handlers.

For him, the national market is already suffering a kind of blackout due to the interest of developers to provide services to entities abroad.

Paiva explains that, because of this, the national market is lacking in developers.

“We have a mass of young people extremely eager for knowledge, who are willing to learn, who are willing to participate in the job market, with positions that are extremely qualified”, he adds.

Based on this scenario, Daniel de Paiva details the objective of reverting the value of the sale of the 100 NFTs collection to the Educar+ project.

“We opted for a 100% non-profit initiative, fully directing the proceeds from the sale of these editorial NFTs towards training these young people, so that they can participate in the job market, whether developing web3 applications at the Brazilian market level or, even being in Brazil, having the opportunity to provide services to companies abroad with the possibility of receiving in Dollars”, he concludes.
