THE CCR 🇧🇷CCRO3) announced this Wednesday that it reached an agreement to terminate administrative proceedings and lawsuits remaining after the closure of the Rodonorte concession, in Paranáwhich took place last year.
The company stated that the remaining balance of approximately 321 million reais related to solving the economic imbalance of the concession contract in favor of the government of Paraná will be paid through works to be agreed between the parties.
The works will be defined by the Department of Highways of Paraná and must be carried out within 36 months after the signing of the agreement.
“With the signing of the term of agreement, the parties granted reciprocal discharges of any and all amounts, claims, imbalances, claims, rights that have as their object, exclusively, the administrative processes and lawsuits related to the concession contract”, said the CCR in material fact.
