O Ibovespa increased its gains this Thursday (05) after the new minister of Planning, Simone Tebet, to assume. At around 12:09 am, the index was up 0.93%, at 106,263 points. In Wall Street:
- nasdaq had a drop of 0.85%;
- S&P 500 down 0.84%;
In the speech, the minister told Lula that there is “some divergence” in the economic agenda with the other members of the team, such as the Minister of FarmFernando Haddad. “Lula ignored me, as if he were saying: ‘this is what I want; I want different ones to add”, declared Tebet.
The ceremony was attended by Haddad. Also present were the Vice President of the Republic and Minister of Development, Geraldo Alckmin; and the Minister of Management, Esther Dweck.
Still in the speech, Tebet said that he agrees with the Minister of Finance regarding the need to approve the tax reform. For her, the proposal could not be in better hands than Bernard’s. Appy.
According to graphical analysis of the Agora InvestimentosO Ibovespa it tests a reaction from the support marked in the region of 103,000 points and if it manages to return above 106,300, it can seek 109,900, a level whose break would open the way for the index to continue advancing.
On the negative side, they reasoned that the outright loss of the 103,000 and 101,600 would keep the Ibovespa down to last year’s low of around 95,200 points, according to a report sent to clients this Thursday.
Abroad, indices retreated after new evidence of a strong job market in the United States increased fears that the Federal Reserve may continue to raise interest rates for longer than expected.
