A CCR (CCRO3) informed the market on Thursday, 28, of an injunction issued by the Court of Auditors of the State of Paraná (TCE-PR), which decreed the disrepute of the current concessionaires in the State of Paraná, including its direct subsidiary RodoNorte.
According to information from the website of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Paraná, the TCE-PR accepted the request of the state deputy Soldier Fruet (PROS).
With the decision, the six toll concessionaires in the Integration Ring are prohibited from bidding and contracting with the State Public Power.
For CCR, “the determination violates applicable law”. In a material fact, the company informs that “despite the injunction being restricted to RodoNorte and limited to the State of Paraná, RodoNorte will adopt all applicable legal measures”.
