A Irani (RANI3) reported net income of R$ 97.5 million in the third quarter of this year, beating the balance of R$ 25.5 million obtained a year earlier, according to a balance sheet released this Friday (29).
As for the adjusted Ebitida (Earnings before tax, depreciation and amortization), the company paper & packaging totaled R$ 140.3 million last quarter, growth of 152% in the annual comparison.
According to Irani, the leap in the indicator above is due to the strong expansion of net revenue and the better margins in all segments of the company.
Net revenue in the 3rd quarter expanded 65% when compared to the same period in 2020 and 7.3% higher than in the 2nd quarter of this issue. Irani totaled R$432 million in revenue between July and September.
