Real estate funds: Ifix faces new low this Wednesday and closes below 2,800 points

O Real Estate Fund Index from B3, ifix, dropped again this Wednesday (8). With the retreat of 0.23% in the trading session, it closed below 2,800 points, a level similar to mid-December.

On the high side, the XP Real Estate Credit (XPCI11) was the highlight of the day, advancing 1.43%, with Santander Rental Income (SARE11) right behind after closing up 1.27%.

already the SDI Logística Rio (SDIL11) led Ifix’s declines. The FII retreated 3%. O Vinci Offices (VINO11) and the Tordesillas EI (TORD11) complete the negative podium this Wednesday.

Dividends for February

Some real estate funds made announcements regarding their dividends.

O REC Real Estate Receivables (RECR11) will make a new payment, in the amount of R$ 0.99 at quoted price, an amount 7.17% higher than the previous earnings.

already the Verità Factor (VRTA11) released its management report for January. The fund ended the month with a cash position of R$57.4 million and announced dividends of 12% higher for February.
