Bexs teams up with Higlobe to facilitate dollar payments to Brazilians

Banco Bexs, a financial institution with more than 30 years of experience in exchange operations and cross-border payments, signed a partnership with Higlobe, a fintech global, to facilitate payment in dollars for Brazilians who work remotely for American companies.

With the service, it is possible to withdraw the payment to a local account, enabling the conversion of the dollar into the real. Bexs will enable a quick and simple transaction, with the security of a company regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil.

“The partnership is a significant advance in Bexs’ purpose of guaranteeing Brazilians access to the best that the global market offers, including financial services. Now, employees who live in Brazil will have more speed, security and ease to access and withdraw their payments, from a set of solutions that facilitate international transactions”, explains Luiz Henrique Didier Jr., CEO of Bexs.

CSD BR brings the Chicago Stock Exchange to Brazil, after investing in the country

A leader in market infrastructure and tradable products, the CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) comes to Brazil at the invitation of CSD BR — the first Brazilian company to receive an investment from the US stock exchange. In the delegation that landed in Brazil on March 6th is Andrew B. Lowenthal, vice president of CBOE, and Stephen Berte, president of BIDS Trading.

During the visit, the representatives met with regulatory bodies, such as CVM, Anbima and Central Bank, in addition to large banks, customers of CSD BR. The CBOE offers trading, clearing and investment solutions for participants in the Marketplace around the world, across a variety of asset classes, including equities, derivatives, digital assets and FX. In 2022, it made its first investment in Brazil, by participating in a round of investments in CSD BR together with other financial institutions.

FTI Consulting promotes executive in the area of ​​strategic communication

The executive Adriana Prado took over as Managing Director of Strategic Communication of the American consultancy FTI Consulting in Brazil. Adriana has 15 years of experience working in important media outlets and in large consultancies. She specializes in crisis communication, including cyber incidents.

Before joining FTI Consulting, 3 years ago, the executive worked at the Brunswick Group and is a visiting professor at several institutions, such as Insper and Data Privacy Brasil. She holds a degree in Journalism from PUC, with a master’s degree in Communication, Marketing and IT from the FIA ​​business school at USP.

In partnership with Jazz Tech, Superdigital launches loan with FGTS guarantee

Superdigital, the digital portfolio of Santanderlaunched this month the loan with guarantee of FGTS. The functionality used the white label platform that fintech Jazz Tech developed based on an infrastructure linked to Banco Arbi’s core banking, but which was adapted for Superdigital’s database.

Available for contracting from BRL 400, the loan can be used to advance up to five birthday withdrawals from this fund. The request for credit is made through the Superdigital application. The amount is released on the same day, with rates starting at 1.99% per month.

Vivae already offers 37 courses and a pool of 8,000 jobs. Subscriptions cost R$39.90 per month (annual plan), R$59.90 per month (quarterly plan) and R$69.90 per month (monthly plan).

Search for foreign exchange almost triples among foreign trade companies

The Frente Corretora registered an increase in demand for exchange operations in foreign trade in the first two months of the year. According to the financial institution, demand among companies in the segment almost tripled in 2023 compared to the first half of last year, an increase of 193% in volume.

Emphasis on partners such as freight forwarders, exporting companies and importing industries. The good moment of the sector results in growth of the share of Comex in the Frente’s portfolio, which already represents almost 10% of the total volume transacted.
