- Satoshi Nakamoto, the creator of Bitcoin, will probably not reveal his identity
- But you can chat with a chatbot that imitates Nakamoto
- This chatbot is based on ChatGPT and uses the writings of the creator of Bitcoin among its sources
ChatGPT is not only available on the OpenAI and Bing site. This is also offered as a paid service to developers. And the latter can therefore integrate ChatGPT on their applications, or even adapt the AI according to their needs. For example, Expedia uses this technology to advise travelers. And Snapchat has also integrated ChatGPT-based AI on its social network. As for developers Pierre Corbin and Hugo Ferrer, they have created a ChatGPT-based chatbot that imitates the creator of Bitcoin.
As a reminder, until now, we do not know who created Bitcoin. But the person or group of people who is behind this cryptocurrency goes by the name of Satoshi Nakamoto. Many theories circulate about Nakamoto’s identity. But anyway, without knowing the identity of the creator of Bitcoin, you can now chat with a chatbot that was inspired by it.
A bitcoin advisor?
In fact, the idea behind this chatbot, called Talk2satoshi, is to provide an interface that allows Internet users to ask questions related to Bitcoin. But in addition to answering these questions, the chatbot does it the Satoshi Nakamoto way. Indeed, before disappearing from the radar, he left a few writings, including the Bitcoin white paper, but also discussions with the community.
Announcing my newest project!
Together with @HugoFerrer_we’ve spent the last few weeks working on something that has been missing in #bitcoin: the Bitcoin GPT. We call it @talk2satoshi .

Pierre Corbin and Hugo Ferrer’s chatbot uses e-mails and forum posts from Satoshi Nakamoto, in addition to other sources, including works focused on Bitcoin. On the other hand, like the original ChatGPT, Talk2satoshi sometimes struggles with recent information, even when it comes to cryptocurrencies and blockchain.
For example, our colleagues from Decrypt asked about Ordinals, a recent blockchain-based protocol. And the chatbot was not able to respond properly. However, the creators of Talk2satoshi already intend to add new data for this one to be aware of recent developments in the world of cryptos.
Another problem with the news
In any case, you will have the opportunity to ask questions like the definition of a satoshi or the five principles of Bitcoin, you will be satisfied. The chatbot can also give opinions on matters related to the economy, but as you can imagine, it will not be objective, since it is a pro-crypto bot.
The other particularity of this chatbot is that it always mentions its sources, as well on the pages. Therefore, if you want to check the info provided by the AI, you can explore these sources.
Ever imagined having a conversation with @saifedean The Bitcoin Standard, @JeffBooth The Price of Tomorrow AND all of Satoshi’s public communications?
Well, now you can. @talk2satoshi allows you to get answers to #bitcoin questions directly from the best, and share to Twitter!

Otherwise, it should be noted that the use of this chatbot is free. But the developers rely on donations from its users, since using ChatGPT’s technology generates costs.
