“This operation is part of Ferbasa’s strategy to increase its competitiveness in the forest sectorensuring a sustainable supply of renewable reducer”, says Ferbasa.
The creation of the company is subject to approval by all instances of governance of the parties involved and government authorities, including the Board of Directors for Economic Defense (Where).
