A alper (APER3) announced this Monday (20) that it signed a contract with Cosan (CSAN3) to provide brokerage services for the Cosan group’s insurance portfolio.
In addition, with the agreement, a partnership will be implemented, combining Alper’s experience in the intermediation and sale of insurance and reinsurance products with the production chain of Cosan group companies, establishing a captive brokerage for Cosan.
The operation provides for the joint action of the companies, which includes Alper’s exclusive access to the intermediation of various insurance and reinsurance products to be contracted both by the companies of the Cosan group, as well as by its relationship and supplier chain.
