The board of directors of Mahle Metal Leve (LEVE3) approved the payment of BRL 69.9 million in interest on equity (JCP) for shareholders. The amount is gross and, therefore, subject to the incidence of the rate of 15% of Income Tax. The amount corresponds to R$0.5449 (gross) and R$0.4632 (net). Even so, this represents a net return of 1.5% on the closing price of this Monday (27).

If you don’t have any shares in the company yet, but want to take advantage of the interest, there’s still time, as the payment will consider each investor’s shareholding position on December 30th. Only from January 3, the papers will be traded as “ex-interest”, that is, without the right to this distribution. The money is expected to land in the shareholders’ account on May 27, 2022.
