The average revenue per user (ARPU) of the Dotz (DOTZ3) jumped 47% in the fourth quarter of 2021 compared to the same period last year, shows a document sent to the market this Wednesday (19).

“This evolution is the result of our strategy of leveraging cross-sell in our consumer base”, he informed.

Considering customers individually, ARPU reaches up to R$776 for customers who purchase four products from the ecosystem, increasing 34x compared to customers with just one product, he highlights.

In the fourth quarter, GMV (Gross Goods Value) grew 43% compared to the same period last year, to R$110 million, totaling R$341 million last year.

The Dotz Digital Account reached 2.5 million downloads and 995 thousand registrations, representing a growth of four times and two times, respectively, compared to last year.
