The value per preferred share of Braskem (BRKM5), in the offering of shares carried out by the parent companies Petrobras (PETR4) and Novonor (ex-Odebrecht), came out at R$ 52.05, the company informed this Friday (21).
The offer will be coordinated by Morgan Stanley and has the participation of other banks, such as JP Morgan, Bradesco BBI, BTG Pactual, Citi, Itaú BBA and Santander.
The estimated value per paper in the US will be $18.80.
The company had already submitted a request for a primary and secondary public offering of shares to the agency responsible for the US capital markets (SEC).
In addition, Petrobras announced earlier this month that it expects to sell up to 100% of the preferred shares it holds in Braskem by February.
On the occasion, the company also reiterated that the sale will be carried out through a secondary offering of shares (follow-on) jointly with Novonor.
