(ANSA) – BOLOGNA, 10 FEB – No significant damage to people or structures. The earthquake that last night and last night affected Emilia, with its epicenter in Reggiano, on the basis of the first, timely checks during the whole night, fortunately had no consequences. The regional civil protection agency is in constant contact with the fire brigade coordinators, the reference prefectures and health facilities. Early this morning checks were carried out on school buildings by provinces and municipalities; checks also in health facilities, in order to arrange for any evacuations, even if there are no measures in sight at the moment.

The coordination with the regional council and the president Stefano Bonaccini is constant; a teamwork with mayors, institutions, civil protection and voluntary service systems, law enforcement agencies which immediately activated yesterday evening, with the opening of the Cor, the Regional Civil Protection Operations Center in Bologna, where Councilor Irene was staying Priolo, and those of Modena, Marzaglia, and Reggio Emilia, where Bonaccini and the commissioner Alessio Mammi had gone.
