(ANSA) – MILAN, 11 FEB – Among the suspects in the Milanese investigation which today led to 15 arrests, for infiltrating the ‘Ndrangheta in the works on the railway network, there is also Maria Antonietta Ventura, president of the board of directors of the Ventura Group, who deals with railway construction, and which had been nominated by the center-left and Five Stars for the presidency of the Calabria Region, but then withdrew from the race last summer.
As far as it is known, Ventura, head of the company involved in the investigation together with the Rossi Group, is under investigation for the hypothesis of criminal association, but the investigating judge did not recognize the precautionary measure that had been requested by the prosecutors against him. .
Among the suspects there are also Alessandro and Edoardo Rossi, respectively director and president of Gcf of the Rossi Group.
According to what has been learned, the DDA had asked for a total of 35 arrests, including that of Ventura, but the judge accepted 15. (ANSA).
