The two are challenged for belonging to the Cosa Nostra family of Palermo-Roccella (included in the Brancaccio-Ciaculli district) and for intervening on the most significant dynamics of the Villabate-Bagheria mafia district.
As part of the same investigation, other Palermitan subjects are investigated, but not recipients of precautionary measures, three of whom are considered affiliated with the Palermo-Roccella family and two, in competition with Mario Carlo Guttadauro, of aggravated injuries (ANSA).
