The Office of the President does not contain a statement by Alexei Arestovich about his dismissal from the post of adviser to the head of the Presidential Office Andriy Yermak.
This was stated by the Department for Citizens’ Appeals of the Office of the President, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

Dismissal of Arestovich
On January 17, Aleksey Arestovich said that he had resigned from the post of non-staff adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine and speaker of the Ukrainian delegation to the Trilateral Contact Group on the Peaceful Settlement of the Situation in Eastern Ukraine.
The reason for the dismissal of his own free will were, according to him, personal reasons. Arestovich noted that this is still unofficial information.
Recall that Alexei Arestovich previously reported that the decision to resign from all official positions arose from him spontaneously. On his Facebook page, he admitted that the weakness of the Ukrainian authorities prompted him to make such a decision.
