Half of Stanytsia Luhanska was left without electricity

MP from the Servant of the People faction and head of the Permanent Delegation of the Verkhovna Rada to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe Maria Mezentseva said that due to the shelling in Stanytsia Luhanska, the first clause of the Minsk agreements was violated.
She said this on the TV channel “Ukraine 24”.
“Direct Violation”
“Today, shelling took place in Stanytsia Luhanska. This is a direct violation of the agreements that took place in Berlin (a meeting of advisers in the Normandy format – ed.). We expect an urgent reaction from our partners,” she said.
What happened
As of the morning of February 17, shelling continued in Stanytsia Luhanska. The shells hit the kindergarten – the children were evacuated. The website “Today” was informed about this in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
It is noted that half of Stanytsia Luhanska was left without electricity. Local residents are now being evacuated to a shelter.
