(ANSA) – ROME, FEBRUARY 17 – A 13-year-old was attacked by three bullies on her way to school. It took place this morning around 8.30 in via Laurentina in Ardea, a town near Rome. The girl was treated and discharged from the Sant’Anna clinic in Pomezia on the same day with a five-day prognosis.
The mother, at lunchtime, filed a complaint with the carabinieri at the Ardea station. Two perpetrators of the violence have been identified, both under 14. Investigators are instead on the trail of the third attacker. The bullies were schoolmates and would have already shown a mocking attitude towards the victim.
The three allegedly confronted the 13-year-old in a parking lot not far from the middle school gate. According to her mother, her daughter, who lives with family members in a town in the province of Latina, is in fact a victim of stalking by some boys for some time. The victim could soon be heard in a protected hearing with the help of a psychologist to shed some light on the affair. (HANDLE).
