(ANSA) – PINZANO, FEBRUARY 17 – Murder and negligent fire: these are the hypotheses of crime, against unknown persons, contained in the criminal proceedings opened by the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Pordenone following the explosion yesterday morning, in Pinzano al Tagliamento, in which a 63-year-old woman, Nelly Tramontin, lost her life. This was announced by the Procurator of Pordenone, Raffaele Tito.
“In the immediacy of the facts it seemed likely that the explosion had occurred due to the saturation of an environment by gas leaking from a cylinder – informs a note from the Prosecutor’s Office – and, immediately, the PM on duty gave investigation instructions to verify the exact origin of the leakage of the gaseous material, always keeping in telephone contact with the Fire Brigade, Carabinieri and Spisal personnel “.
