Ukraine, the streets of Kiev empty: curfew begins (ANSA)

(ANSA) – TURIN, FEBRUARY 26 – Neculai Trajan, the man blocked by the carabinieri on charges of killing a homeless man on February 20 in Collegno (Turin), did not answer the questions of the prosecutor.

Trajan, who is 54 years old and of Romanian origin, is also homeless. The military blocked him in a shack, under an overpass, about fifty meters from the place where the attack took place.

To those in contact with him he seemed confused and disoriented and also unaware of the death of the other homeless man. He is following a drug therapy which, however, in the last few hours, in prison, it was not possible to carry on. He has been in Italy since 2006. In the past he worked as a construction worker but it seems that due to his health problems he was no longer able to find a job. He has no criminal record.

Assisting him is the lawyer Daniela Rossi. (HANDLE).
