Fire in an apartment in the Milan area, even a child was rescued

Melons:

(ANSA) – SOLARO, 02 MAR – A fire broke out this afternoon around 5 pm in the apartment on the fourth floor of an apartment building in Piazza San Pietro in Solaro, in the Milan area. From an initial reconstruction, the flames spread from the bedroom of the house of a family of foreign origin who immediately managed to get out and raise the alarm. A family made up of mum, dad and 7-month-old baby, who lived on the upper floor, or the fifth floor, instead went up to the roof to take refuge from the fire and remained there until the rescue intervention. In fact, they could not get out on the street because of the smoke that had already invaded the stairwell. They were transported to the hospital in Garbagnate in yellow code but did not report serious consequences. The apartment from which the fire started remains unusable but fortunately the flames were extinguished within a few hours, without consequences for the homes of the condominiums. Ambulances and various fire brigade vehicles from Garbagnate, Rho, Legnano and Monza intervened on the spot. (HANDLE).
