Since the day of the outbreak of the war, the Russian consulate has been considered a ‘sensitive’ target and object of dynamic surveillance by the police, which provides for the frequent passage of patrol cars under the diplomatic headquarters but after yesterday’s episode and above all if the negotiations do not lead to a halt to the bombing, the Police Headquarters and the Prefecture could decide to place a permanent garrison, as is the case for example for the Turkish consulate in Piazza De Ferrari.
