(ANSA) – ROME, MARCH 07 – To facilitate the transfer of Ukrainian citizens with special health needs currently present in Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Moldova, the Civil Protection Department has activated the Remote Cross-Central for Health Rescue Operations, which will provide for the recognition of the beds available in the Regions and for the organization of the transfer of patients. At the moment, more than 1,300 beds have been made available in the regional health facilities including pediatric, neonatal, dialysis, oncology and burn patients. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will guarantee the flow of information with the Italian Embassies and Consulates, to encourage activities in the area and relations with interested parties. (HANDLE).
