(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 07 MAR – At the Fernetti pass (Trieste) this morning, around 9:15 am, a Ukrainian bus departed from Zaporizhzhia, the city where the largest nuclear power plant in Europe is located, theater of fights a couple of nights ago.
The bus, bound for Latina, left two days ago from the Ukrainian center, touched other cities, such as Lviv, where it collected more passengers and finally headed for Italy. On board, except the driver, were all women and children, about eighty people since the bus is double-decker, of which only a couple speak Italian. A woman with a one-year-old child said she ran away without even having time to get a replacement. However, she turned to the reception point in Fernetti where she was given clothes, even for her little one. “I’m going to Naples, my mother is there – she told her – we have nothing, I fled from Kiev by train to Lviv, then I took this bus there.
