(ANSA) – L’AQUILA, MARCH 10 – Frost is back in Abruzzo, with very low minimum temperatures: at the Piani di Pezza, at an altitude of 1,430 meters, last night the minimum of -16.3 degrees was recorded. The measurements are reported by the monitoring network of the ‘Aq Caput Frigoris’ weather association (https://www.caputfrigoris.it/rete-meteo.htm).
Also noteworthy are the -14.7 degrees on the Cinque Miglia Plateau (1,250 meters above sea level), -13.3 in Campo Felice (1,538 meters above sea level), -10.6 in Rocca di Mezzo (1,280 meters above sea level) , -10.1 degrees at Passo Godi (1,560 meters above sea level), -9.8 degrees at the Franchetti Refuge (2,433 meters above sea level) and to Navelli (723 meters above sea level), -9.1 S.Stefano di Sessanio (1,220 meters of altitude) and -8.8 L’Aquila Ovest (645 meters of altitude).
