The Milan Public Prosecutor’s Office, in fact, after having ordered the direct summons to trial for the former Minister of the Interior, defended by the lawyer Claudia Eccher, has recently notified the start date of the trial, before the fourth penalty, in which Rackete is civil party, following the complaint, represented by the lawyer Alessandro Gamberini.

In recent months, the investigating judge of Milan Sara Cipolla, accepting the request of the prosecutor Giancarla Serafini, had instead ordered the dismissal of the accusation of instigation to commit a crime, always contested against Salvini after the young woman’s complaint.
