Assault on the CGIL in Rome, asked for six abbreviated sentences

(ANSA) – ROME, MARCH 21 – Six convictions, with sentences ranging between 8 years and 6 and a half years of imprisonment, were solicited by the Rome Public Prosecutor against the suspects involved in the assault on the headquarters of the CGIL last October and who asked to be judged with the abbreviated procedure.

Against them, including Fabio Corradetti son of the companion of the Forza Nuova leader Giuliano Castellino, prosecutor Gianfederica Dito disputes the crimes of devastation and resistance to aggravated public officials. The sentence is expected on 7 June. The Cgil and the Anpi have formed civil parties in the proceeding. In the ordinary trial, whose next hearing is scheduled for 28 March, the leaders of Fn Castellino and Roberto Fiore are accused. (HANDLE).
