(ANSA) – GENOA, MARCH 22 – The TAR of Liguria accepted the appeal of the Municipality of Santa Margherita against the new borders of the Portofino National Park. Therefore, the ministerial decree n. 332 of 6 August 2021 of the Ministry of ecological transition on the perimeter and provisional zoning and safeguard measures of the Portofino national park. The Municipality of Santa Margherita Ligure contested the legitimacy of the provision for the provisional perimeter of the national park of Portofino and the adoption of the relative safeguard measures. The new borders are contested by nine of the eleven territorially affected municipalities which are Avegno, Camogli, Cicagna, Coreglia, Chiavari, Portofino, Rapallo, Recco, Santa Margherita, Tribogna, Zoagli. The only ones in favor are Camogli and Zoagli.
Currently the park of Portofino is regional and includes three municipalities: Santa Margherita, Rapallo and Portofino (ANSA).
