Wounded with a shard of a bottle in Milan, in danger of life

(ANSA) – MILAN, MARCH 26 – He was hit in the neck with a shard of a bottle, at the height of a dispute last night in via Lazzaro Palazzi, a nightlife area in central Milan, and now a 22-year-old Somali is hospitalized in danger of life while his attacker, a compatriot of 34 was arrested by the carabinieri by the Compagnia Duomo.

The wounded man, who has a police record as the assailant, was rescued by passers-by while the soldiers, who were on duty in nearby Via Lecco, immediately retraced and blocked the wounded man with his clothes still stained with blood.

The victim was resuscitated on the spot by 118 personnel and taken to the Niguarda Hospital, where she underwent surgery for haemorrhagic shock following a cut wound to her neck, in danger of life. Personnel from the Investigative Unit of the Provincial Command of Milan also arrived on site for the findings. (HANDLE).
